Villwocks Outdoor Living Direct is an online shopping experience offered by Villwocks Outdoor Living. Products available through Direct may be fulfilled and shipped directly to customers by our trusted third-party suppliers.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing and other information. Because many of our products are living plants, natural variations in size, color, shape, fullness and appearance should be expected.
Product photographs are intended to represent the variety being purchased but may show a mature plant or a plant at a different stage of growth than the product received.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is dependent on our suppliers and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to fulfill an item you purchased, we will work to notify you and provide an appropriate resolution.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on Villwocks Outdoor Living Direct are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Villwocks Outdoor Living Direct works with multiple suppliers to provide our online product selection. Products are shipped directly from these suppliers and do not pass through our Garden Center locations.
Orders containing products from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Separate tracking information may also be provided for individual shipments.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times vary based on the product, supplier, destination and other factors outside the direct control of Villwocks Outdoor Living.

LIVE PLANTS
Plants are living products and may naturally vary from the photographs shown online. Seasonal conditions, dormancy, pruning, transportation and the plant's stage of growth may affect its appearance upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a plant is appropriate for their location, growing zone, site conditions and intended use unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Plant purchases are final and cannot be returned to Villwocks Outdoor Living or our Garden Center locations.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs of the product. Villwocks Outdoor Living will work with the appropriate supplier on your behalf to resolve the issue and, when applicable, arrange for a replacement.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may be sent to our suppliers for fulfillment shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after purchase.
