HOW YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Products available through Villwocks Outdoor Living Direct are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Because we work with multiple suppliers, products within the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately.

If your order contains products from more than one supplier, you may receive multiple packages arriving at different times. Don’t worry — this is completely normal and does not necessarily mean part of your order is missing.
